McAfee is honoring your current Secure Computing support entitlement. You will receive a McAfee Grant Number via email, which is your key to all McAfee support, licenses, and entitlements. You must provide your Grant Number each time you call Support.  View additional Grant Number information.

When you receive your Grant Number, please go to the McAfee ServicePortal at http://mysupport.mcafee.com and use the Grant Number to create a User ID and Password. Once you have established a User ID and Password, you will be able to view KnowledgeBase (KB) articles and file online Service Requests (SRs).
